Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
ISD Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who interacts with our website, online player portal, training programs, and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard personal information from website visitors, parents and legal guardians, players, coaches, administrators, and individuals who reach out to us through Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising and messaging.
By using our website, submitting a form, creating an account, or participating in ISD Academy programs, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you should provide or authorize information on behalf of a minor player where required by law.

- Account information — usernames, passwords, and login details for parents, players, coaches, and administrators using the ISD Academy portal.
- Player information — date of birth, age, gender, preferred position, current team or club, playing history, development goals, and any medical or emergency information families choose to share.
- Payment information — billing details processed through our secure payment partners. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
- Evaluation and development records — coach ratings, notes, physical test results, attendance records, progress reports, and related development data.
- Photos and videos — images or footage captured during training, games, evaluations, tours, camps, or events.
- Communications and submissions — messages, emails, forms, chat transcripts, survey responses, and information you provide when contacting us.
- Website usage data — browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with our website or chat tools.
- Lead information from Meta — when you respond to a Meta/Facebook or Instagram lead ad, message, or automated chat, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as name, contact details, player age range, development goals, preferred location, and current team or club.
How We Use Information
We use personal information only for purposes that support our mission of developing young soccer players and serving families. These purposes include:
- Responding to inquiries about programs, evaluations, camps, tours, and events.
- Scheduling and managing training sessions, evaluations, and event bookings.
- Processing registrations, payments, and installment plans.
- Managing parent and player accounts and providing access to the player portal.
- Creating and sharing player evaluations, development reports, and progress tracking.
- Communicating with parents, guardians, players, coaches, and staff.
- Sending program updates, newsletters, and marketing communications when you have opted in or when permitted by law.
- Improving our coaching, curriculum, website, services, and customer experience.
- Complying with legal obligations, safety requirements, and protecting the rights and well-being of players and families.
We do not sell personal information.
Parent and Player Accounts
ISD Academy offers parent and player accounts for the online portal. Parents and legal guardians are generally responsible for the accounts of minor players. Player accounts may allow minors to view their own development records, attendance, and program information, but access is limited based on role and family permissions. Parents may manage account settings, linked child profiles, and certain permissions on behalf of their children.
We encourage parents and guardians to help their players use the portal responsibly and to keep login credentials secure.
Information About Minors
ISD Academy primarily serves youth players. We collect information about minors only when a parent or legal guardian provides it, or when the minor provides it with appropriate parental or guardian consent. For many activities — especially account creation, registration, payment, and medical information — we require parent or guardian involvement.
If you believe we have collected information from a child without proper consent, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove it.
Player Evaluations and Development Records
Player evaluations, coach notes, physical benchmarks, attendance records, and development reports are collected to support coaching, progress tracking, and player growth. This information is used only for coaching, reporting, and player development purposes.
Access to evaluation and development records is restricted based on role. Coaches and staff may see records for the players they work with. Players may see their own records where appropriate. Parents and guardians may see records for their linked children. Administrators may access records as needed for program operations.
Photos and Videos
ISD Academy may capture photos and videos during training, evaluations, games, camps, tours, and events. We use these images and recordings only in accordance with applicable parent or guardian consent and ISD Academy’s media-consent procedures.
Uses may include team and player review, coaching education, internal program promotion, social media, website content, and printed materials. We do not publish identifiable images of youth players for marketing purposes without appropriate consent. If you have questions or want to update your media consent preferences, please contact us.
Training, Evaluation, and Event Bookings
When you book a free player evaluation, training session, camp, tour, or event through our website, chat, or forms, we collect the information needed to schedule and prepare for your session. This may include player details, contact information, preferred location, availability, and any relevant notes. We use this information to confirm your booking, communicate details, and coordinate coaching staff.
Communications and Marketing
We communicate with families and leads through email, phone, SMS, portal messages, and other channels. We send program information, scheduling updates, billing reminders, and marketing messages only when you have provided your contact information or opted in where required.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us directly. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send service-related messages about your account, bookings, or registrations.
Meta/Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads and Messaging
ISD Academy uses Meta advertising and messaging features, including Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Messenger, Instagram direct messages, and automated chat experiences. When someone submits information or responds through a lead ad, Instagram message, Facebook message, automated chat, or similar Meta feature, ISD Academy may receive information such as name, contact details, player age range, development goals, preferred location, current team, and other information voluntarily provided.
This information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule evaluations or training, provide program information, manage registrations, communicate with parents or guardians, and improve our services. It is handled according to this Privacy Policy and is not sold to third parties.
Meta’s own services are governed by Meta’s privacy practices and terms. We encourage you to review Meta’s privacy policy for more information about how Meta collects and uses your information.

Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate our website, process payments, manage registrations, store files, send communications, analyze usage, and support advertising. Examples include payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email and messaging platforms, analytics providers, and Meta advertising services. We choose partners that maintain strong security and privacy practices, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These steps include access controls, encryption in transit, secure hosting, regular monitoring, and staff training. We limit access to personal information to authorized coaches, staff, and administrators based on their role.

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices.
Parent/Guardian Rights

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this policy.
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact ISD Academy to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you or your child. We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner, subject to legal and operational requirements. For example, we may need to retain certain records for billing, legal compliance, safety, or program administration purposes.
To make a request, please email us with enough detail to identify the information you want to access, correct, or delete.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws. These rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information subject to exceptions, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
ISD Academy does not sell personal information. To exercise your California privacy rights, please contact us using the information below.
Children’s Privacy / COPPA
ISD Academy complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws protecting children’s privacy online. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without proper consent, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove it.
