ISD Academy exists to give American players the kind of technical, structured and honest football education that produces professionals in the Netherlands — delivered week in, week out, in Escondido and Menifee.

Our story

Built by people who lived it.

ISD Academy was founded to close a simple gap: talented American players work extremely hard, but rarely get the daily technical detail and honest feedback that European academies treat as standard.

Our staff includes coaches who came through Dutch professional football — Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord and FC Dordrecht among them — alongside U.S.-based coaches who understand the club, school and college calendar families actually live with.

The result is a program that trains like a European academy and communicates like a partner: every player has a development plan, every family can see progress in the Player Portal, and every session has a purpose.

Ball mastery and a reliable first touch are trained every session, at every age. Technique is not a phase — it is the foundation.
